A side-step into a non-Anderson production, the Roberta Leigh-produced sci-fi puppet pilot film Paul Starr - featuring the voice of Ed Bishop! Agent Paul Starr and his partner Lightning of the Space Bureau of Investigation (SBI) travel to Mars where five atomic power stations have been destroyed by fire. Starr and Lightning work as security guards to try to uncover the cause.
