Torchy - A Bell for a Penny Farthing

Torchy decides to ride his bicycle instead of playing with Squish or taking out Pom-Pom's curlers. Soon, he accidentally crashes into Pilliwig the clown, who insists that he cannot ride his bike again until he gets a bell.
